You should be ICAI qualified and show that you have the potential to become a leader for India tomorrow. You should:

Ideally have 1st time passes at final stage.
Show evidence of credible/relevant work experience.
Be an ambitious self-starter and fast tracker.
Have a true commitment to success.
Supply an endorsement letter from your Employer.
ICAI qualified (Letter of good standing)
Fast track middle management.
Display Leadership qualities and be a good manager
